WHAT IT IS A dripping, corroded or just plain dated bathroom sink faucet replaced with a new one, connected, sealed and tested at your home for a flat price. WHAT'S INCLUDED • Removing the old faucet and hauling it away • Two new braided supply lines — the old ones never go back on • Setting and sealing the new faucet, connecting the drain pop-up if it comes with one • Running the water, checking every joint under the sink for drips, and wiping down before we leave THE FAUCET IS YOUR CHOICE • You supply the faucet — any bathroom sink faucet, boxed and at the house when we arrive. Nothing on top of the install price • +$149 — we supply a Moen single-handle chrome faucet with a cover plate, so it fits a one-hole sink or a three-hole sink with 4-inch spacing. We confirm the exact model with you before the visit THE FINE PRINT • More than one faucet? The first is $194 to install and every faucet after it on the same visit is $97, plus $149 for each faucet we supply • Bathroom sinks only. Kitchen faucets and tub or shower valves are different jobs — call us and we will price them over the phone • Your sink needs working shutoff valves underneath. A seized valve is exactly what the promise below is for • If the job turns out different from what this price covers, we stop before working and show you a written price — you can say no and get your money back
